Wonderful pigment. I use the silver ones for going out and it is just so buttery and is even more sparkly on the lid! I always recommend wet n wild shadows to my friends as they're just so easy to use.

Tips: I swipe the lid shade on with just my finger. It's the shiniest that way.
I got this from Reduced to Clear in Palmerston North, I love it, it's the right size to have in my bag and it says where to put the colours, I got a nude set , it was $2, I wish I had bought more. It does have a little bit of fall out but nothing major
It is such an affordable makeup brand and is actually underrated! It is so pigmented and only needs a little to make colour pull. The texture is soft and creamy and when worn feels very light. Totally recommend for a beginners kit or someone first starting out!
Tips: Wet brush befor application to get a more intense bold colour
I bought the "Walking on Eggshells" palette from Farmers and received a free Wet n' Wild blender brush as a free gift. As someone who's still relatively new to make up, I found the browbone/crease/eyelid labels incredibly helpful and I felt like I could actually achieve a simple yet effective look really efficiently and effectively.
The value for money is great at $6.99 as I find I don't need to use huge amounts of product (although the eyelid shade did require slightly thicker application), as well as the shades being super blendable. The packaging is a simple plastic design (which I don't have an issue with at all given the price of the palette) which latches shut very tightly and is quite compact, hence it is great for travelling.
The finished look is quite understated but very gorgeous and can easily be used as an everyday look or on a night out depending on application thickness.
Overall, this is a great little trio for the money and cannot recommend it highly enough, particularly for beginners or those wanting to achieve a nice look in a short space of time.
Tips: Great palette for eyeshadow beginners, those new to makeup or someone wanting to achieve a nice look readily.
I bought this after Kathleenlights raved about it a few years ago. It's now my most used trio and I have hit pan on the brow highlight. I love the colours but the only downside is that there is no matte shade for the crease. Very wearable everyday shades that you can use as a light wash over the eyelid of built for more intensity.
I always travel with the trio and one other matte shade. The best bit is that because it's so inexpensive I know I wont be too much out of pocket if it gets damaged in my make up bag.
Tips: Pair with a plum purple eyeliner for something a little different.
Bought I'm Getting Sunburned cheap off Trademe. I liked the looks I saw people making on Google images, but that didn't translate well in person. The gold was nice, but the pink was too sheer and frosty, and the dark shade too dark. Not a great palette for a beginner - either needs to be applied lightly or more thickly by an expert.
The shadow itself is nice and soft. I bought a 6 pan palette with better colours for me, and ended up chucking this out. On the right skin tone this would be a good little palette.
I have the Walking on Eggshells palette. It is probably the most talked about trio in this range of eyeshadows as it's beautiful neutral colours and these colours are all supposed to be Mac dupes. I personally don't own any mac eyeshadows so can't compare the colours or quality to them. I bought this quite a while ago off Beauty Joint. I have no idea how much I paid, maybe around $5? Something really cheap anyway!
The packaging of these isn't fancy. It's just a cheap looking see through plastic case with a black backing. You can easily see what colours are in there though so that would be handy if you owned a lot of these palettes. I'd imagine the casing might crack if you kept this in a bag but the seal does up really securely so I don't think you'd get any eyeshadow mess anywhere.
There are three highly shimmery colours in this. One thing I would change is for there to be one matte shade. These trios are marketed as being a whole look but I feel like having a matte crease shade would be more versatile. In this set there is a cream, warm brown and a pink. They are each marked with browbone, crease or eyelid to help you out with your look. Obviously you don't need to stick to these rules! I find the shadows to be very buttery and creamy. They are quite powdery though so I always tap off the excess product. They are also highly pigmented. In my opinion, wet'n'wild do the best cheap eyeshadow. These have a decent wear time on my lids although I do get some creasing and fading towards the end of the day.
With only three shades, you're not going to get endless looks from this. It is nice to use with other palettes though. I also really like the lightest shade as an inner corner highlight.
I would recommend this palette, they also did bigger sized palettes for more variety and they all have the same nice formula.
I have this in the shade Walking on Eggshells and it is such a great little palette - the shadows are so soft and buttery and blend incredibly well. The colour selection is perfect - the only thing I would change is maybe have the brown shade a matte as I don't like putting a shimmer in my crease. The have where to place the shadows embossed in the powder - but you can be as creative as you like. Nice and simple packaging, and a fantastic price.
Tips: Only tip is to give it a try!
Thsee palettes seem t set you up for the whole eye look. Appropriately each shade is embedded for its used so it goes browbone, crease and eyelid so good for guidance. To enhance any eye look. The packaging is a sleek little compact in a flip top see thru lid with the stickers at top & bottom of the lid stating product shade/name also securely sealing the palette closed until you break the seal which is perforated & continues on to the backing where it has the wet n wild labeling incld img a blurb about the palette, ingredients &barcode;. The backing is black plastic inside the palette are 2 brushes a sponge & a fluffy ended brush, which I gave to my daughter for her to play with. The colours I have a quite pretty & seem to have a pearlescent finish. Upon application I soon found out the finish is shimmer & that shimmer is very very bold. (Not my preference) sadly I was disappointed by the shimmer effect however we move on with this. Pigmentation is astounding with big A for pigmented so be careful to only apply a minimal amount to your brush and build up the look you want. Also the shadows are very very good with blending. So though the first use I made the mistake by getting too much product onto my brush I found out how great this stuff blends. I can safely say this is a good brand for its price but unfortunately I don't agree with the finish the whole 3 shades are very shimmery. So I rate it less because of it not being my favourite finish.
Tips: Go in with your brush lightly because this baby is super pigmented. Blend blend blend. Avoid their brushes provided and go with your normal shadow brushes for best application.
These have been a favourite for years! Super affordable and available at so many different places. Super pigmented, and easy to carry around. Have never found the brushes useful, but, for the price, these eyeshadows are amazing. Definitely recommend!
