Thayers Unscented Alcohol-Free Toner with Witch Hazel Aloe Vera

Saying I'm in love is an understatement. Got this as a reward from my vault. I had seen this product all over my social media and really wanted to try it and I'm glad it did. It is now permanently in my everyday routine. I love the smell and how it makes my skin feel.

I have used and Rose toner and loved it and had ordered the lavender one re the Reviews rewards however I was sent this one as obviously the lavender was sold out.Initially I felt disappointed but also pleased the team had replaced with another variety.After using this toner I love it.It is unscented but the aloe vera gives a lovely feel of moisturizing and gentleness.The toner is lovely on my skin and cleans so well and leaves my skin feeling amazing.I just can't fault this toner at all it is lovely.I also love the bottle it comes in.

Definitely is un scented which I really love as scented things can sometimes cause irritation. It’s such a big bottle and at such an affordable price I love it so much. It does the trick and does not cause me to breakout

Fantastic product.... I found it super refreshing on my skin, it took away any redness on my face and was very gentle. I didn't find it drying at all. I really enjoyed the fact it was unscented as I'm very sensitive to some fragrances in products. It's also alcohol free with a witch hazel and aloe vera formula. It comes in a very generous sized 355ml bottle and as only a little is needed each time it will definitely last along time.

I usually stick to micellar water instead of a straight out toner... but this was actually not too bad. The bottle is a great size for the price at where I saw it at chemist warehouse.

It is rather refreshing to use and I had no stinging. I did however fins my sensitive skin dried out a little if I didn't moisturise but it definitely does the trick.

Some products that claim to be unscented have a slight scent that I can't quite place but the Thayers has no scent at all! I applied with a cotton pad and the toner felt nicer on my skin. No sensitive skin reaction or feeling dry/tight, overall it is gentle on the skin. I'm new to toner and will continue using it.

I'm impressed by the price point, the bottle is big and will last months! Thayers have been making natural products since the mid 1800s. The packaging definitely gives that vibe of traditional, curated homemade elixir that has been perfected over years.

I really wanted this to work. My skin often needs refreshing during the day but, sadly, this product just didn't cut it. My skin didn't feel clean or refreshed much at all. I also found I developed a few small spots over the course of using it. Perhaps it just wasn't strong enough for my skin?? It might work in a spray bottle to use as a spritz but as a general toner I just didn't find it effective. Love the size of the bottle and the packaging though.

This toner looks pretty funky to me, it looks like something you would see in my nanas medicine cabinet. So I instantly liked its classic look and feel it suits the product quite well.

As the label says, it doesn't smell like anything which is always nice. I don't tend to use much on my face at all. It's something I need to start to keep the wrinkles at bay and this is a good way to ease into it.

I just felt so much fresher after using this toner. 98% natural origin ingredients which I love. It doesn't feel like I am slathering my face with chemicals. Love the natural aspect of it with the witch hazel and love the aloe vera. It is soothing and I could definitely tell i had been doing something different after a few days. My skin felt moisturized and my pores were definitely less visible.

I have sensitive skin and am prone to dermatitis and this toner created no adverse effects.

My skin is very sensitive but as this toner is alcohol-free, I found it did not irritate it or cause it to sting or cause redness. It also didn't dry out my skin like many toners tend to and in fact, I found it to be quite soothing

So stoked to be selected for this trial as I've found a product to love! Firstly I'll start with the bottle. I was immediately surprised at the generous bottle size, a large 355ml. I don't think I've ever seen such a large toner before. After two weeks of use I still have so much product left. I was a little bit disappointed to find the bottle was plastic, for some reason I was expecting glass. I also don't love that it doesn't have a spray dispenser so a cotton pad is required. I find this wasteful as a lot of product gets absorbed into the pad and I also have to purchase pads. I'd probably rather a smaller sized bottle if it was glass and had a spray dispenser. Initially I feel a very slight sting when I apply it but this disappears quickly as the product absorbs and I expect that this is because I use retinol. It leaves my skin feeling instantly cool, refreshed and super hydrated. It's almost like I've used a light moisturiser. My skin defininitely feels smoother and more refined and I feel like it is well prepared for the rest of my skincare regime. Overall I think my skin has had a more glowy and healthy complexion. I'd definitely be interested to use some other products from this brand if they happen to have any. Another plus for the animal lovers out there is that it is vegan. Yay!
