These were properly the first brushes I got. It was between these and some mac ones. I really love these. I honestly think they're a bit over priced.. And would not buy them again because I have found brushes just as good for a lot cheaper. But if you have the money and want the best brushes. Get these. They don't shed. They clean so beautifully. They are just the perfect brushes. But since my makeup and brushes collection has grown. I tend to reach for I there's as these are almost the same brushes just different sizes

I purchased this set a few months ago and it is fantastic! I like that they are all different shapes this makes it fabulous for applying concealer and foundation in different areas of my face. My favorites of the set are the F80 flat top and the F86 I use this for concealer!
I love, love, love these brushes! They were my first set of real brushes, I have an amazing sister who gave me them to me for my birthday. A year later and I still use them regularly, they are in my eyes the best brushes to apply liquid foundation with, especially if you are a beginner. I started off as a novice, but with these brushes I was on my way..
I was a bit worried at first as I had no clue really what all these brushes even did, but sigma the lovely company they are, provided me with a sheet of all there brushes and a run down of the brush and there function. While I do love this set, I basically see them as four different brushes that apply foundation and one brush perfect for bronzer and then the F86 - Tapered Kabuki brush I really don't use as much as the others as I find it to be a bit to big. Regardless of that though, they are ideal for buffing foundation into the skin and making a flawless canvas! Which is really the best you can hope for with make up brushes.
I have had these brushes for a year now and I wash them regularly and they are still in place! Not one stray, no fall out and they still hold the same shape and texture since the very first day I got them!
Alot of people compare these brushes to the Jessup range off of ebay, to me there is no comparison. These brushes are FAR better in every single way.
I can guarantee with this brush set you are definitely getting your moneys worth, they do what they say and if you care for them properly they will last the distance as well. Really do recommend!
Oh my lord! I was a sponge girl until I read about this brush on a forum! I recently bought a liquid foundation and this brush and my life is complete. It makes application so easy and gives a flawless finish - no lines or streaks and it is easy to use it to build up to any level of coverage. It blends so well. And they feel so nice on your skin!
Tips: Just do it !
These were some of my first makeup brushes! I love them all. They are really great quality super dense brushes that provided you care for them, they will last for a long long time. My fave brush out of the set is the tapered kabuki, it is so good for applying concealer under the eyes and blends without any pulling or tugging, it is also great for contouring and even applying foundation to the whole face. Love these brushes!!
Tips: After washing raise the handle with a rolled up towel while they dry to stop any water getting in and loosening the glue that holds the bristles in place.
I have totally converted to Sigma's Kabuki brushes! The bristles are lovely and thick and wash well. Clients have commented that they love how they feel on their face and the finish they leave is clean and well blended. The angled brushes mean you can get in around the nose and edges of the face without build up of product. A great investment purchase and great value for money.
Tips: The flat kabuki is great for high pigment stippling on the face!
First off I do think this kit is a bit of a overkill for your average make up brush needs but I was actually accidently sent these and was lucky enough to be able to keep them for free! (Excellent customer service!)
They are all super soft and the quality is amazing! They wash really well and hold their shape amazingly.
All brushes are pretty much the same size just different angles.
Firstly the flat top F80, I think this brush is a brush that anyone who has tried it loves it. It buffs in liquid foundation so easily and leaves your skin looking flawless. I put off buying this brush for so long (had brought this separately in the same order so ended up with 2) I was loyal to the Real Techniques expert brush and thought it couldn't be beaten.... I was wrong!
Flat angled F88 is great at blending your foundation around the nose etc if your after a angled kabuki it's great!
Angled kabuki F84, this one is probably the most like my loved RT expert brush but is a tiny bit larger. It is a great multi tasker, contour, foundation, cream blush.
Round kabuki F82, this is like the RT buffing brush but is larger. It blends in my bare minerals powder foundation in easily and looks flawless.
Tapered F86, this is quite a big tapered brush but is good at getting hard spots, is also good at blending in concealer under the eyes (but is rather big in my opinion) nice to have but isn't the most used for me (bare in mind I am just your average make up wearer!)
They haven't malted at all and I've been washing them with baby shampoo. I love the quality of Sigma, the slightly holographic looking 'sigma' name looks beautiful on the gloss black handle.
These can be brought individually on the Sigma site.
Tips: Always have them facing down when washing, don't let the water go above the steel as the water will get into the handle and destroy the glue that keeps the bristles in.
I used to absolutely love these kabuki brushes before starting to use a sponge more. The angled and flat angled kabuki brushes were a go-to for applying foundation, and the tapered kabuki was great for reaching smaller areas like the undereyes or sharpening up your cream contour/bronzer on the cheeks.
Extremely durable brushes that wont shed at all. Mine lasted years of daily use and still look like new, well worth the money spent. You do need to deep clean them though when there's a build up of foundation as the density stops a gentle clean from removing all the foundation build up in the centre of the brush.
Tips: Always air dry your brushes laying down on a flat surface so water doesn't seep down into the barrel holding the brush hairs. If to much water gets inside that area your brushes won't last as long as it loosens up the glue holding everything together.
