Interesting article on TV showing Jeremy in the shower and apparently it is not good to shower too much ? I could not have less than one shower a day even though I do have dry skin.

I don't care what anyone says lol I will always shower everyday. I have my main shower in the morning and sometimes a quick one before bed.

Some greenies rarely shower or wash their hair, citing it as being bad for skin and removing helpful bacteria. They also live on plant based diets.  According to them you don't smell eventually and your hair comes through it and ends up shiny and healthy. I believe it, but I'm not game to try it myself.

I agree Mareeb - I can't believe you don't smell eventually you probably just used to the smell. I love my showers and one a day at least .

I think you do smell for a while then your skin starts to produce oil to clean itself. A vegan or full fruit diet will help because it is detoxifying and people on plant diets tend to have less body odour generally.

That is interesting Mareeb .I don't think I could try that but then I am not a vegeterian either so would not get the right result.I am a sucker for a long hot shower .

Oh Maree, thank goodness both me and Husband like to shower daily. ( Not together tho!)

I shower every day - if I dont shower in the morning I am a grump all day. I dont feel awake until Ive washed my hair. Id love to be able to shampoo a bit less frequently, and Ive tried, I just cant handle it!

Have to shower at least every night before bed, sometimes depending on how awake I'm not feeling I will also shower in the morning too! 

I only wash my hair once a week though, which has done wonders for my hair I must say

Yes I shower at least once a day but when I heard the programe about people showering too much and using too much body wash I thought are we going back to the old days when people only washed once a week -!!

I really enjoy my daily shower and have it really hot to which I know is a No No !!
