I was actually given 2 packs of these after developing horrendous blisters from wearing in some steel capped work boots. Omg the pain!
I usually use a bandaid or one of those little round plasters specifically for blisters but as we all know they never stay on!
Each time before I applied these I gave my feet a soak in some Epsom salts and hot water, gave them a good dry then applied to each blister. They definitely helped the rubbing stop which was a relief and the best part they didn't fall off after an hour.
These definitely helped heal my blisters and I would use them again over silly plasters. Go buy a pack if you need some relief. I also recommend bathing your feet in Epsom Salts.
I used these when snowboarding this year! I didn’t have blisters specifically but there were a few pressure points on my ankles and the pharmacist recommended these to create a cushioning affect between my boots and feet. It worked and I got another day up on beautiful Cardrona.
What was most impressive is how well they stayed stuck to my skin! I struggled taking them off in the shower, but that’s definitely what you want if you need them to last a full day in a chafing situation.
I feel confident that these will also work on blisters, so will keep them handy I my tramping first aid kit.
