Hi ladies, many of you will be aware that when you reach Beauty Loop 'Level 3' at Mecca you can receive a 60 minute complimentary makeup application. I have been looking forward to it ever since I hit level 3 last October, but throughout this past year I have searched and searched for a time slot in Wellington to book my service but nothing has been available. Not even on weekdays. I'm so disappointed, because for the remaining 8 weeks of my level 3 status LITERALLY every single day is booked out.

Has anyone else had this experience? Should I have know better? Or have you had a great experience with these makeup applications?

I would email the company as this is not good enough.

The make up applications themselves are great, but I found trying to get an appointment almost impossible. I did get one once by asking the manager who I always used to chat with when I went in store. Might be worth a try. Mecca's online customer service is pretty appalling these days.

Yes I would ask to speak to the manager too as it is something you are entitled too and should not be so hard to get your reward. This should have beed a fun reward not a issue.

Yes it would be nice to know you get a good result. Stand your ground on this as you are entitled to get the benefits as per your membership. It should Not be so hard !!
