A great product to help reduce oil on the skin and help acne prone areas.
I really liked using this cleanser on my T-zone to help reduce excess oils and reduce break outs on my chin. I didn't use this as a daily cleanser more off an additional cleanse when needed.
Doesn't feel overly drying on the skin like it's stripping.
Tips: Lathers/foams well on the skin!
i use this in my second step of double cleansing and its the best cleanser I've ever tried. it doesn't strip my skin but does an amazing job at making my skin feel soft and clean. its on the more expensive side but in my onion its worth it.
This product definitely works! I used to use it everyday until it broke me out, and then realised I had just been using it wrong! If you have sensitive skin like me, use it once a week. Otherwise, you’ll end up destroying your skins barrier!! After using it, you’ll feel a slight tingly sensation, but nothing too harsh.
Tips: Use a little! Foams up well.
A salicylic acid formula but super gentle. A lightweight gel that foams slightly as you use it. Removes all the day's makeup, SPF, sweat and pollutants and leave you feeling fresh!

Love this face wash I use it night and day it leaves my skin feeling fresh and clean, it’s so good for oily skin! and really affordable for good quality!

I’ve been using this cleanser for the last year. I initially tried the other gel cleanser in the range before switching to this one, and I prefer this one. A little goes a long way with the gel, so it’s great value for money. It foams up nicely and leaves my skin feeling slightly tingly fresh (not dry). My skin hasn’t fully cleared up, but I do see an improvement in my skin and the occasional breakout that does pop up clears much quicker than before. I will repurchase again when the tube runs out!
Tips: I use this with my FOREO once a week for ‘deep cleaning’, and the rest of the time just use it manually in the shower.

I was surprised to find that the gel was clear and free from any micro-exfoliating particles. For some reason, I was expecting a grainy exfoliator instead of an acid exfoliator. After saying that, the acid is much more gentle on the skin than exfoliating particles would be.
It says it's suitable for use on both the face and body, so I used it on my face and tested it out on my husband's back, where he's prone to get a breakout after surfing in a wetsuit. It worked wonders on his back, and my face cleared up so well. I had the best complexion I've ever had while using this product, and would definitely recommend this Effaclar Micro-Peeling Purifying Gel Cleanser to anyone who is struggling with acne, pimples or is prone to breakouts.
Tips: It is a bit more pricey than the exfoliators I would normally use, but a little goes a long way and the tube lasts ages.
This cleanser went a long way, I also used it as a shaving gel every now and then and it worked really well. It left my skin feeling refreshed and healthy. It was gentle and quite moisturizing which is great! It was easy to use, the packaging was good it didn't leak and I could get every last drop out. I really enjoyed using this and will purchase again.
ive never used a cleanser before, after using this product il definately be cleansing more often, my skin has never felt so nice and soft. Its easy to apply as well. Im in my 40s so trying new things that make me boost my confidence and self esteem is great.
Defs a very good cleaner but more targeted for oily skin like it says! Very drying if you don’t have oily skin & makes your face very dehydrated! Would recommend for oily skin girlies with acne!
