There are a lot of blenders like the big original beauty blender which is way better than this. These are really tiny and does not blend really well and leaves a patchy feeling on the skin. If you are going for a slight touch up this would be good for you.

Reviews
These wee cute tiny things are so tiny that it has you wondering can I work with these? They do however puff up once wet but a still fidelly to use. I find they have the same use as a normal sized bb jsut trickier to hold when using on yourself. However when using it to apply others makeup it seems easier. I find the quality is as good and that it does what it says it does. I just find the size an issue when using on my own face. That's about the only complaint.
These mini blenders are designed to be used for target areas such as around the creases of your nose, under the eyes and such. However, I can not get used to them and find that the tip end of a normal beauty blender gets into all the areas I need to precisely enough without the need to use these tiny versions.
When wet like most BB they do swell up and let you apply product in the same manner as their larger counterparts but I just dont bother reaching for them, adding another tool to the mix when I am already using the original BB that does the job. So, in my opinion, they are just a gimmick and as a pro and everyday makeup user, I wouldn't recommend them.
I really like this one over the original beauty blender. I feel this one will give me a better coverage over all. It does get bigger when wet. And I love using it for both wet and dry products..
Tips: Use it dry for dry and wet for wet..
I had seen the bad reviews of this on here, but for some reason I was still really keen to give this a go. So when I was in Wellington and saw a wee kit that included one of these micro BeautyBlenders I thought why not! and picked it up. In the wee pack I received the pink beautyblender, the black one, the mini green one, and the new refresh liquid.
If you have seen my review of the regular Beauty Blender you will know it is an absolute rave. I love the thing. It gives me flawless application and it makes my makeup look more natural as it is better blended that I have ever been able to achieve with a brush. The same things apply with this little wonder. I thought initially it would be a pain having to wet this before using but I find I just run both BeautyBlenders under the tap at the same time after I have put the kettle on in the morning for my cup of tea. I love using this for my concealer under my eyes in particular. I am able to get the rounded area right into the tear duct and then around in a "V" shape under the eye. Some days I can get away with just that and some powder because it blends in so nicely. Because I bought both at the same time I never got used to using the pointed end of the BeautyBlender so I find using the pointed end doesn't give me the same well blended effect as the round end of the mini one. I know it is small but I don't mind holding it with two fingers and find it easy to manoeuvre around the eye area. I do find it hard to clean since it is so small, but I get there by just smushing it in my hand with some cleaner then doing the same with clean water.
I know you are now getting some very different reviews of this product! But if you are keen to try it I would see if you could get it in a pack like I did, then you won't be stuck with two if you don't like it that much.
When I finally jumped on the Beauty Blender bandwagon, I was in awe. I love my original one so much, I needed more and so i thought these would be the perfect solution.
The Micro Beauty Blender comes with two blenders and in similar packaging to the original one, except the packaging is bigger to accommodate the extra sponge. In my opinion, packaging for products like this doesn't matter because they just get throw out, like this one did.
Like I said, there are two of these in the pack, and they are the exact same in regards to colour and shape. They are the same shape as the original beauty blender, but a lot smaller and a bright green colour. I think they have that same, spongey, springy amazing foam the original blenders are made of which is awesome. But this is where all the good stuff ends.
After I wet these, they do increase in size which is good because when they are dry they are tiny. However, even once they are wet and bigger in size, I still find them really hard to use. Personally, I have big hands so holding something so small is really awkward, and feels weird.
I brought this for concealer under my eyes, and I hardly use these just because they are so fiddly. Don't get me wrong, with time and patience, I can blend my concealer nicely, but it just takes way more effort than using my full size blender.
I don't know what I expected from these sponges, because technically they are what they say they are.. but they are just so awkward to use .Personally, I wouldn't recommend these to anyone and I would rather use my original beauty blender. I am trying to re purpose mine by using them as very expensive sponges for my nails.
I love the concept. I love Beauty Blender. But these are really tiny for those with a clumsy nature!
Packaging, well these come in a duo pack which sees 2 little lime grime sponges that reminded me more of ear plugs than cosmetic sponges inside the same canister type plastic container that normal Beauty Blenders come in. Texture wise these baby blenders as I call them feel the same as your regular sized ones blenders with a springy material that I had hoped once I had washed would swell up to be a more easier to manage sponge. But alas I was mistaken, there now sit unloved on my dressing table as I purchased them to help me apply concealer and blend but with my fingers being well....sausage like and clumsy I just can not comfortably use these at all. I much prefer the original sized ones.
After the attempts of use I did give these another wash to get the product out of them, but I am not sure why but the product wouldn't budge even using the same Bossy Brush Shampoo I so successfully use on my regular sized Beauty Blenders, perhaps the size sees the material more tightly compacted but something just doesn't sit right for me and from now on I will stick with brushes or fingertips for concealing purposes.
My husband actually brought these for my birthday he didn't read "mico" and said "I thought they would be bigger" . I did try to use them however even the biggest smart one seemed to be just pointless, I think that the idea is there, smaller sponge to blend products round the eyes and in small crevices but they were just too tiny to use. They would fall-out of my hands. I think just stick with the normal sized blenders, being this small almost seems a bit gimmicky.
