Antipodes Rejoice Light Facial Day Cream

for an oily skin person ,its always difficult to find a good moisturiser to control your spots ,your oilyness ,hide your pores but also keep your skin hydreted and plump ,this great cream did the most of these things ,smells good as well .

Absolutely fantastic! My skin always feels fantastic after using it. It is perfectly moisturising without leaving my skin oily. Also a lovely light scent. I have combination skin with PCOS acne and it didn’t clog my pores of cause any break outs or sensitivities.

This is one of the most moisterising day creams I’ve tried and would recommend to anyone suffering from dry skin. Super thick consistency but doesnt feel oily

Wow, I was pleasantly surprised when I started using this. Beautiful to apply to the skin. Non greasy, light and felt lovely on. When I started using it my skin had had a reaction from another product, but this soothed it and my skin did a complete u-turn. It healed areas of breakout and I am assuming this is the Manuka honey in the product. My skin is now clear, soft and bright in fact looking much better than it has looked for awhile. Great for a 62yr old!!

Antipodes is an all natural New Zealand brand and I got introduced to it after I discovered their award winning Ananda facial toner for myself. I am a lover of natural products and New Zealand, and so, I decided to try their Rejoice Light Facial Day Cream.

I really like the fact that the Antipodes brand is certified organic from AsureQuality and this moisturiser is no exception. It contains avocado oil, Manuka bloom and sweet almond. Avocado oil is known to increase collagen production which helps the skin plump and decrease the effects of ageing. Manuka bloom which is actually Manuka flower oil is antibacterial and helps prevent blemishes on skin. It also contains Rosehip oil.

The moisturiser has a fragrance of sweet almond with a hint of vanilla. I really like the fragrance as it is very different from the normal moisturisers with the fragrance of sweet almond dominating.

I use it twice daily, in the morning as well as in the night. I just need a very very small quantity of it and it spreads evenly on face. Although, the moisturiser is named as a light facial day cream, but it's texture is quite thick than the normal light moisturiser. But it suits me quite well (I have normal to oily facial skin). It's an oil free product and doesn't give my face any extra shine that it doesn't need. I am really happy how my skin feels hydrated, smooth, soft and buttery after using it. I am totally in love with my skin right now which looks just perfect. Thank you Antipodes!

The packaging is really quite simple. A simple white 60 ml tube with a black cap. The moisturiser is quite expensive, but the fact that you get a flawless skin and you use a very small quantity really makes up for it. Highly recommended!

This is my current go to moisturiser for day time. I put it on after i've cleansed in the morning, wait 10 mins and put my make-up on. What I like about it is that even though it's light, it's still moisturising and manages to keep my combination skin balanced and not too oily. It's not my holy grail, i'm still on the quest for that, but it meets my needs for now.

I really love this cream. I was on the hunt for a winter moisturiser that was not too heavy but would get the job done. My HG face cream is just too expensive for everyday use and this is a lot cheaper (although still pricey) but a little goes a long way and it really works.

I don't like the initial feeling after application, I can't really explain why I think it just takes a little while to sink in. 30mins after application my skin feels baby soft and plump and when I wake up in the morning my skin still feels great.

I think this will be too heavy for summer but it has been a savior over winter.

This moisturiser is perfect for my combination skin. It is absorbed really quickly which means I don't have to wait for ages before applying my mineral foundation. It smells really lovely and natural and is free from nasty chemicals. I use this product every day as it's like a glass of water for my skin.

I absolutely LOVE this moisturizer! I love that its free of nasty chemicals, I love the way it smells (reminds me of natural things) and I love how creamy and velvety the formula is without being heavy or greasy.

I apply this in the morning straight out of the shower before my makeup and it leaves my face feeling super smooth. If this wasn't so expensive I would use it over any of my other moisturizers which is also the only reason it didn't get a 5/5 from me. Definitely a splurge item but one I'd recommend!
